About MSR LLC

Founded in June 2005, Mission Systems Resources (MSR) LLC a privately held, independent consulting firm is available to support the system development and maintenance needs of the federal government, state and local governments and commercial clients.

The founder and principal consultant has spent 30 years assisting Federal agencies such as NASA, NOAA and the USAF develop, operate and maintain large scale ground systems for major satellite programs including LANDSAT, Space Telescope and NPOESS.

We are located in Glenn Dale Maryland USA – Convenient to the NASA Space Flight Center, Fort Meade, and NOAA (Silver Spring).
